This role saw him navigate the complexities of corporate law on an international scale, further honing his capabilities.

In an ambitious move, Mr. Weingold eventually founded Weingold Law-PPM LAWYERS, bringing his diverse experience and deep understanding of corporate securities law to his own practice. Since its establishment in 2015, he has utilized his extensive knowledge of SEC regulations and his entrepreneurial insight to guide hundreds of clients through successful funding rounds, cumulatively raising hundreds of millions of dollars and solidifying his reputation as a leading figure in the field.
